The body of the Mini Keg is blow molded from high quality PET(Polyethylene terephthalate) and is BPA free and recyclable.
Aseptic vacuum technology: The inner bag is made of food grade environmentally friendly flexible bags, which are sterilized and auto vacuum treated. Vacuum filling is used to extend the shelf life of your product(up to 21 days) vs traditional glass growlers that can go flat within a day or two.
Air compression design: A hand pump is used to inject air between the internal bag and the PET bottle but does not allow the air to come into contact with the beer. As you pump the air it squeezes the bag forcing the beer out of the faucet, this method of dispensing increases shelf life and preserves flavour, it also gets you away from having to use bottled gas tanks(CO2 or beergas) to push the beer out.
